1.6.1 before the negotiation starts, no one shall disclose the supplier list that may affect the negotiation result to other people, or form the de facto differential treatment such as obtaining wrong information and differential treatment.

1.6.2 during the negotiations prior to the award of the contract to the successful supplier, no information related to the review, clarification, evaluation, comparison and recommendation of successful candidates in the consultation response document shall be disclosed to the supplier or other interested parties.

1.6.3 in the procurement process, any attempt by the supplier to influence the members of the Consultative Group will result in rejection of its response documents.

1.6.4 in order to ensure the fairness of the transaction result, during the negotiation, the members of the communication die casting parts consultation group shall not contact with the supplier privately and exchange views until the supplier is awarded the contract. After the conclusion of the consultation, no one who has contact with him can and should not spread it from the members of the consultative group.

1.6.5 in principle, the purchaser does not explain to the unsuccessful party the reason for the failure. If the supplier participating in the competitive negotiation of the project has any objection to the proposed supplier recommended by this review or finds any violation of discipline, it is requested to query the purchaser with written signature and provide relevant written supporting materials. If the supplier exceeds the legal time limit, it will not be accepted.

1.6.6 after the negotiation, the negotiation reply document will not be returned. Except for the supporting documents and special terms issued by the foreign third party, the response documents related to the negotiation shall be in Chinese. When the certification documents must be in the languages of other countries, the special terms of CATV field amplifier enclosure shall be attached with Chinese notes and translated. In case of ambiguity in other countries' languages, the Chinese version shall prevail.
