The bidder shall carefully read all contents, forms, terms, technical specifications, 5g communication base station enclosure and other substantive terms and requirements of this tender. The bidder shall be deemed to be fully familiar with all contents of the bidding project and all contents related to the performance of the contract, and be familiar with the format, conditions and scope of the bidding documents. The failure of the bidder to submit relevant materials in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents or the bidder's failure to make substantive response to all relevant contents of the bidding documents is the risk of the bidder and may lead to invalid bidding. The modification of the bidding document will be notified to all bidders who have purchased the bidding document in written form or in the form of online announcement, and it is binding on them. After receiving the above notice, notice or reply letter, the bidder shall immediately reply to the bidder's confirmation. Unconfirmed cases will be deemed to be aware of the modification to the bidding document and tacit acceptance of the modification. If there is no substantive response to the changes in the bidding documents, the adverse factors arising therefrom shall be borne by the party not recognized.
